Opened in 2024, Amicus’ Princeton office serves as the company’s global headquarters. Architects Ware Malcomb designed the space to emphasize Princeton’s community feel and sense of local belonging, deliver flexible and functional workspaces and create a connect to nature. Moodsonic’s soundscaping deployment helps deliver on each of these objectives.
A localized soundscape theme, based on the nearby Lake Carnegie, can be heard in communal areas and connects people to local place and nature. It’s accompanied by digital signage with natural imagery and information about the sound.
The two storey office is fully soundscaped, with open working areas split into functional zones that reduce distractions through nature-based sound masking and can deliver different sensory environments for employees to choose between. Facilities managers can easily change theme selections, allowing the audio environment to flex in response to any changing workplace demands.
